All good things must come to an end

We have now been back to life as normal for over a week now. It feels good to be back in the swing of life as usual with no trip back to New York City anytime soon. It is a bittersweet thing, though. We are so thankful for our time at Life on Mars and are very sad that the show will not be returning next season. In my opionion, it has a greatest cast, producers and directors and we consider ourselves blessed to have worked with them.

Now that it is March and officially, Spring, I am finally posting pictures from the snow in February, boys last basketball game and the last of the filming on Life on Mars. All of these were fun things that we have shared as a family. The snow day was definitely a big hit. The boys were disappointed to leave the snow that day as we headed back to NYC.

If you haven't already heard or seen for yourself, there is clip of last week's scene with Christian on the ABC.com website. Pretty cool!

Be watching for the boys and the series finale on April 1st.

Much love to all!

What's new

Hello friends and Famly,

We are all here back in New York while the boys work on several scenes for the last episode of Life on Mars. We, of course, are thankful that we have the opportunity to be a part of this last episode. Thank you to everyone who has watched and enjoyed the show.

The boys last 3 episodes will air March 11th, 18th and April 1st. The last episode will prove to be an entertaining one featuring a scene where the boys showcase their dance moves...Check it out!

Also, the most recent pictures are from our trip to the studio in early February. Sorry, I am way behind with uploading pics. More basketball and snowstorm pics to come.

Love to all,
Jen

One down one to go

Hello to all-

Just a quick update. The Wallaces are headed back to NYC tomorrow for the last shoot, for us, on episode 15. Last week Cris ventured to the city himself with the boys and did a great job! The boys had some good bonding time while the girls headed south.

As far as we know, this is our last episode for awhile. From the information we have there will be 17 total episodes so there is still a chance we will be needed back.

Hope that you all keep checking out the show. The boys next 2 episodes should air the 1st 2 Wednesdays of March.

Take care!
Jen

Back again!

It seems like forever since we have seen a LOM episode! We are excited to say that LOM starts again tonight at 10 pm. Don't forget to check out the new episodes.

We did get word this week that we are going back next week to film a short scene. Looks like this one will not be a speaking part, but rather another flashback sequence. Of course, we are hoping this leads to at least one more episode this season.

Thanks again to all of you who have been faithfully watching the show!

Love to all,
Jennifer

Coming to an end?

Tonight is LOM episode 7 and the end of the road for the Wallace boys, at least for a while. I spoke to an Asst. Director yesterday and he said they are definitely doing 13 episodes of the show, but they don't know after that. Hopefully ABC will order up more Life on Mars. So, please do watch tonight for both of the boys. There should be equal shots of them both in this episode. This will also be an important episode for big Sam because of the encounters with his father. Very interesting!

We cannot thank all of you enough for the support of our family and the show!

Love to all,
Jen

New things

Life On Mars here in Virginia has slowed down quite a bit. We are looking forward to having some time off for the Thanksgiving. We are still waiting to hear when we will be back for more filming. We anticipate having some time off for a while before we head back.

Two new updates to the website to note are a new newspaper article in Jen's hometown news paper, the Mansfield News Journal.

Also, we found a casting list for the show that has Caleb and Christian listed as cast members. They have been listed in the credits at the end of the show as well. We are not in this week's episode, but look for us next week in Episode 7!

Love to all,
Jen
